For Schools & Institutions

Analytical support for your UK university counselling.

We work alongside your existing counselling team to analyse historical admissions performance, surface where candidates are losing ground, and provide subject-level recommendations that your counsellors can act on immediately.

    What we do

    Three modules. Infinite possibilities.

    Cohort-level diagnostics

We analyse your school's historical applicant data to surface patterns: where students are consistently strong, and where preparation gaps are costing offers.

    School recommendations

Actionable guidance calibrated to your school's resources, designed to support your counsellors' own knowledge rather than second-guess it.

Individual Oxbridge reports for your students

Personalised probability scores, risk flags, and preparation roadmaps for each student your team puts forward.

    The process

What working with us looks like.

    Week 1

    Kick-off and data gathering

One call to align on contacts, timelines, and data. We issue the information request and handle all GDPR compliance from there.

    Weeks 2 to 3

    Cohort analysis

We run the data and produce your school-level report. One or two short check-in calls while we work.

    Weeks 4 to 5

    Student assessments

Each student completes a short form. We conduct mock interviews and admissions tests. An optional G5 workshop can be delivered to the wider year group during this window.

    Weeks 6 to 7

    Final delivery

Personalised reports delivered simultaneously to the school, each student, and their parents. EOP scores, risk flags, roadmaps, and interview feedback included.

Two to three short calls over seven weeks. We handle the rest.

    Partner with us

Help us build the platform your counsellors actually need.

We are actively developing our capability to cover all UK universities and building a live software platform that lets counsellors monitor applicant profiles continuously, rather than through one-off engagements. We are looking for a small number of schools to join us as design partners, helping shape the platform through structured feedback as we develop.
